They’re going to have to give me a column soon
For the second time in a week, I’m in the Standard-Times. The same journalist from the letterboxing article emailed all of us at the Millicent Library to ask what books we were reading, for a ongoing column called Book Lovers. I gave her such great answers, she did a whole column on just me.
If you read it, you’ll see it’s because I introduced her to goodreads.com. She’s obviously enthusiastic about it.
I saw that! Way to spread the news about Goodreads!!!
1. How awesome to see your name in print – and in such big letters too!
2. How is it that I did not know about this website? No, honestly. How is it possible that such a miraculous thing exists without my knowledge? Next you’ll tell me that there is website keeping tabs on my yarnstash and previously completed / pending projects. There isn’t, is there?
Ravelry.com does the project management, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they added a stash manager. In fact, they may already have that. I haven’t explored it as much as I would like.
