Lots if love, can’t spoil in the first 3 months.

Self soothing
Able to be content on your own
If breastfeeding and plenty of holding, it’s enough
Able to fall asleep without needing you
Able to fall back asleep at night (cab attach babies do this too?)
Guilt that you’re not paying enough attention
Sets you up for other self soothing, maybe better able to play by yourself (handy when you just have 1 child)

A front-to-back roll is easier,
and usually first. Now for a complete 360.
