Re-made clothes
Al and I sewed on fabric patches over cloying (my daddy gives me the bestest hugs) or incorrect (baby boy!) slogans on clothes for Adie.
To do the same, find fabric (we used a lot of quilting cotton) and this stuff called “steam-a-seam”, which works as an ironable interfacing between the patch and the jersey of the clothes. Without the steam-a-seam, the jersey stretches beneath the woven fabric, and it’s a bit of a hot mess.
awesome!
