Harrrrr."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So I&#8217;m feverishly finishing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/043935806X\/$%7B0%7D\">Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix<\/a>,   so can reread <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/0439784549\/$%7B0%7D\">the Half-Blood Prince<\/a> before<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0545010225\/ref=amb_link_5126482_1\/103-6747508-9080630?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&#038;pf_rd_s=right-1&#038;pf_rd_r=0WHCRPCAAX2VRWWN2QYN&#038;pf_rd_t=101&#038;pf_rd_p=297471701&#038;pf_rd_i=507846\"> the Deathly Hallows<\/a> comes out next Saturday. I forgot how long it takes to read these massive tomes, although carting OotP is good physical therapy for my gimp arm.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m booked solid. I&#8217;m busy with the summer reading program at my library, and getting ready to throw a Harry Potter party on the new book release date, so I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;ll be finishing HBP none too soon before the new one comes out.<\/p>\n<p>So I pre-ordered my copy of Deathly Hallows today, along with the new Thursday Next book. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/First-Among-Sequels-Thursday-Novel\/dp\/0670038717\/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1\/103-6747508-9080630?ie=UTF8&#038;s=books&#038;qid=1184352492&#038;sr=1-1\">First Among Sequels<\/a> comes out on July 25, so here&#8217;s my new bookings:<\/p>\n<p>Order of the Phoenix: 896 pages<br \/>\nHalf Blood Prince: 672 pages<br \/>\nDeathly Hallows: 784 pages<br \/>\nFirst Among Sequels: a paltry 400 pages<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not bragging, but I am saying that I&#8217;ll be fulfilling my role as a bookish librarian.
