My advice is to find the kinds of games you want to play & then make them fit your purpose. We have bean bag boards; the hole has been a toilet (Captain Underpants), pumpkin mouth (Halloween), treasure chest (pirates) - you get the picture. Fishing pond is always very popular - name it after a popular book i.e. Rainbow Fish etc. Dig for small plastic toys in sand. Also very popular. We had a rubber maid tub of purple sand & buried plastic skeletons in it. The kids loved it & the purple sand was very eye-catching. Balloon toss - just rename the balloons to be any kind of object. Gungan Energy Ball Toss (Star Wars) Good luck & have fun.

You might ask a local school if they ever do carnival games. In Southwest Michigan, some of the schools do carnival games and they often use a company that provides the games. They probably won't go to Indiana as Three Rivers, MI was at the edge of their territory. They dropped off and picked up the games. I don't remember the cost, but it was quite reasonable.

Some easy "games" for younger kids....pick up a duck from a pond. There is a number on the bottom that corresponds to a prize. I dressed up as a clown and the kids picked a pocket (there were 6) and got a prize.

You could probably get a cheap stand where kids have to throw bean bags through a hole. There are usually three holes. I think Oriental Trading has one.

The other games were premade and harder to duplicate if there isn't a company near you. I don't remember the name as that was from a different job or I'd send it to you.
